What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of press-on nails, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.
If there is an issue with your order (incorrect item or defect), please email us within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I change my order?
Orders may only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
When will I get my order?
Processing Time
All sets are handmade to order. Please allow 1-2 business weeks for processing before shipment.
During high demand periods, processing times may be extended.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the product is finished. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been shipped.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
What should I do if I lose a nail?
If you accidentally lose a nail, please email us at itsgensgemss@gmail.com
We do offer a free replacement nail, customer only has to pay for shipping.
What if my nails don’t fit me?
Sizing is based on the photos provided by the customer. While we do our best to accurately determine your nail sizes, final sizing results depend on the clarity and accuracy of the images submitted.
For the most precise fit, we strongly recommend purchasing a sizing kit prior to ordering.
By placing an order without a sizing kit, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any sizing inaccuracies.
